Is this suitable for me if I am not going through menopause? Absolutely. Summer Glow is for any woman who feels disconnected from her body, struggles with emotional eating or comfort eating, and is ready to lose weight in a way that actually addresses the root. The Ayurvedic principles and nervous system work are relevant at every stage of a woman's life.
I have tried everything. What makes this different? Most programmes address the symptom — the food, the calories, the exercise. Summer Glow addresses what is underneath. The emotional patterns, the generational conditioning, the nervous system dysregulation, the safety wound. This is why women lose weight here without the weight loss being the focus.
What does a typical week look like? You will have your nourishment plan to follow daily — recipes, body care practices and a simple schedule. Each week we meet for a 60 minute live call where we go deeper into the emotional and nervous system work. Between calls you are supported by the plan and by the group container.
I am busy. How much time does this require daily? Approximately 60 to 90 minutes in the morning to move your body, complete your body care ritual and eat breakfast. The evening practice takes around 30 minutes. The nourishment plan is simple and batch-cook friendly. This was designed for a woman with a full life.
I have food sensitivities. Will this work for me? The plan is already free from gluten, refined sugar and most dairy. If you have specific sensitivities bring them to our first call and we will adjust accordingly.
What if I cannot make the live calls? Calls will be recorded so you can watch back. However the live experience — the group energy, the real time work — is where much of the transformation happens. We encourage you to protect that time for yourself.
Is there a payment plan? Please message Azra directly to discuss options. She would rather find a way to make this work for you than have you miss this round.
What happens after the 6 weeks? The tools, the plan and the practices are yours to keep for life. Many women find they want to continue working with Azra in a deeper private container after Summer Glow. That conversation is always available.
