Azra is the Creator of RichBody®, a Food Alchemist and specialises in Womens Health. She has two decades of mastery in Ayurveda, nutrition, and holistic body transformation.

Certified in Ayurvedic Therapies, Nutrition and as an UK based Independent TM Teacher who’s worked with great guides and teachers within the scope of Vedic wisdom.

Born on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Rooted in sunshine, sea, nature and the ancient intelligence of food as medicine.

She has healed from comfort eating, PCOS, gallbladder surgery, chronic stress, addiction and abuse. She challenged doctors.
Said “no” to their diagnoses. Filtered over two decades of ancient wisdom through the laboratory of her own body and consciousness, making her highly intuitive mentor in her work.
